Follow these steps to create a Microsoft Connected account For Windows 10:
- In Windows 10, sign into an administrator account.
- Select the Start button and then select Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Select Family and other users, Family and other people, or Other people.
- Select Add someone else to this PC.
- If the email address of the new user is connected to a Microsoft account, enter the email address in the text field and then select Next.
- If the email address is not connected to a Microsoft account, select sign up for a new one.
- Fill out the required information for a Microsoft account, and then select Next.
- Respond to any prompts.
- Log out of the administrator account.
- In the list of available accounts, the new user displays with the associated email address.
- Log into the account with the password used when creating the account.
