Steps for resetting Windows 10 to increase system performance:
In Windows 10, click the Start button.
Click Settings, and then click Update and Security.
Click Recovery.
Under Reset this PC, click Get started.
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything to begin the refresh process.
Review the list of applications being removed.
Write down any of the applications you want to reinstall later.
Click Next, and then click Reset to refresh Windows 10.
